Absolutely love this robot! The quality exceeded my expectations.
This was truly a great experience. My son sings along with it every day, and he's already learned three songs in Malaysian and Spanish. It's amazing! When I get home from get off work, he even greets me with "Hola"!
My child's Chinese language tutoring center has many of these machines, and their experience in class has been very positive. Therefore, I asked his teacher how to purchase one.
My child needs to prepare for the PSLE exam, and I saw this machine at Popular Bookstore. The salesperson said it could help with PSLE exam questions. After considering it, I bought it online. The salesperson was very helpful and didn't stop explaining the product's features and how to use it even after I decided to buy it online. His service was truly excellent.
It's great that it arrived before Christmas; I thought I would miss it.
Oh my goodness, because we didn't update our address after moving, the product was delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to Jojo, she promptly and patiently contacted the courier to retrieve the package and deliver it to my new address. She also patiently reassured me throughout the process, which I really appreciate.
I absolutely love this product. It has so many educational features to help my child enjoy new ways of learning chinese. Its also really neat to look at and have it mimic your child. It has songs and stories and tons of fun... and the calling feature is a fun way to interact with your child's play . Would definitely recommend.

The customer service is excellent. I was experiencing a few issues with it. The support team was very responsive and truly cared about resolving my issues, which they were successful at. my son received as a gift and it fun, easy to use, and a great way to learn and improve at chinese.
