  • We ship via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services depending on the destination.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for international deliveries and 2-5 business days within Singapore.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method, and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount (e.g., SGD 150). Please check our promotions for current offers.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your shipment online through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • AiPilot takes great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
