AIPILOT is based in Singapore. To ensure your goods reach you as quickly as possible, we collaborate with logistics providers across Asia, Europe, and South America, and ship products directly from these regions worldwide.Firstly, order processing takes 2 to 3 working days. Secondly, under normal circumstances, the average delivery time to Europe, Canada, and the USA is 15 to 20 days. For other destinations, delivery times may be longer, depending on the country or region. Delivery times are quoted in working days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.

If your delivery address is incorrect and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we will update your details. Otherwise, once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If the product is not suitable, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and your return request is approved, we will process your refund within two weeks. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

If your item fails to arrive: In line with our policy,

if you do not receive your order within 60 days, or if the order contains an error due to our fault, you may claim a full refund with no delays or additional formalities—simply email us at office@aipilot.sg, quoting your order number.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing, damaged or incorrect items), please notify us by email within 2 working days of receiving your package. Include a detailed description of the problem, along with your order number. We recommend providing photos as supporting evidence.

If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to offer either a refund or an equivalent replacement product.
